Lightbulb 93 Taurus Dash Light replacement

The light bulbs that illuminate my dash (speedometer area) at night are burning out. I am down to one bulb left working and half the panel is dark.
How do I change the bulbs? Do I need to take the whole dash apart to get in there or is there a way to access from the firewall? I am reasonably mechanicly inclined and a cheapskate - so I would rather not pay the dealer $100 to change a light bulb if I don't have to. If I do have to take the dash apart, will I ever get it back together again or is it a job for someone who has done one of these before?

Time consuming. If you change one, change all. Check Joe's basics for that model and I am sure it will give R&R on the dash unit.

1994 Taurus dash removal

I took removed my 1994 dash for some reason, but part of that was the removal of the key cylinder. It was not a pleasant job and would only do it if absolutely necessary, like rather than paying the cost that it involves. But if you do take your time. And good luck
