honda civic 89 si - 200,000 kms

i did a timing belt job on 2 weeks back, and the car ran fine. Now all of a sudden whilst on the highway, my crank pulley popped out , with the bolt and the thread inside, leaving no damage to the shaft and the engine as the belt was still riding on it.. I have bought another pulley and the other bolts and washers. I've tried 2 pulleys for this car( both supposed to honda civics) and none fiteevn when the used parts guy assured me they were honda civic. Finally slapped another one one from the used auto shop and now, it kind of wobbles whilst ilding and make a slight noise, but off idle seems to run straight.
Is the pulley wrong? or have i gone wrong somewhere in the steps of installation beacuse, i've double checked each step this time.
please advise.

Get a new OEM Honda pulley. Don't trust used ones. Also get a new bolt and make sure you torque it to the proper spec.
