getting bleeder nipple loose

91 Toyota P/U
Can't get bleeder loose on rear wheel cylinder.
Any hints ? besides replacing cylinder

Spray it good with PB Blaster. If it still won't break loose, don't waste your time. Pitch the wheel cylinder, they are dirt cheap for most applications.

It's not worth saving 25 bucks on something like that. If the screw is that tight, the cylinder is likely wasted anyhow.

This problem has reached epic proportions at work, seems salt water and dissimler metals cause problems, you think they would have thought of that, but any way..... we just buy bleeder screws in bulk and use an ease-out to remove them.

I sprayed with penetrating oil and a couple of good smacks with the hammer, presto!!!!
