my subaru brumby ute is very quite how can i make it sound nosier without putting a new exaust kit on it

I don't know why in the world you would want to make your car noisier unless you're a teenager.
When I was a lot younger we all want our cars to sound "deep and mellow". But now that I'm a lot older the quietier the better.
But on to your question - the way we would get that loud but mellow tone was to take the muffler off and pour about a half quart of engine oil (the heavier the better) into it to "burn it out".
It was funny as hell to see the huge cloud of smoke coming out of the exhaust. The cars behind us had to slow down because they couldn't see. In time the oil would burn out.
Steel pack mufflers burned out better than glass pack. The more often you did this, the louder it got - until we got just the "right sound".
