Front End vibration @ b/t 65 & 70 mph???

My 1994 Saturn SW2 has 138,000 miles and I've got a slight vibration in the front end @ b/t 65 & 70 mph. Up to that speed, it's fine...then, when I hit a good cruizing speed, it starts to vibrate & shake. What can cause this ????

Thanks!

Tires out of balance is one place to start.

Rotate the tires front to back. Does the problem go away/go to the back? If it does, wheel and tire related.

If not, suspension/steering related. Fix it without delay.
