1990 Honda CRX window

My passenger window of my 1990 Honda CRX has always had a popping sound when rolled up completely. Recently, it has fallen off its track and I don't know how to fix it. I've removed the pleather-like material from the door, but cannot get inside the metal part where the window is jammed at an awkard angle. Can somebody tell me how I can go about fixing it? I don't have air conditioning so my windows are very important to me. HELP!!

There's really no secrets here, it's either broken off the track that goes on the regulator, or there's crap in the channel (such as a piece of broken glass from a previous break in) or the regulator is bent.

A trip to the local Honda dealer for an exploded view from the parts book will likely help you see what you are up against.
