AT START CARB RUNS REAL FAST THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN IT BOGS DOWN TO A STOP. IN ODERER TO KEEP IT GOING I HAVE MY FIGER PUMPING THE THROTTLE LINKAGE, IT THEN BOGS DOW AND STOPS. I CHGED THE FUEL FILTERS, CLEANED OUT THE BOWL A EVEN BENT THE FLOAT( a TINY TWEEK!) PLACED IT BACK,PROBLEM STILL THERE( A SLITE WORSE!).
VALVES ARE FINE. RESENT VALVE JOB DONE. PRIOR TO VALVE JOB CARB RAN DESENT, KICK OVER BEAUTIFUL, NEVER STARTED LIKE THIS TILL AFTER THE VALVE JOB. COINCIDENCE I'M SURE( I HOPE)

I'VE REBUILT IT ONCE ABOUT SIX MONTH.
MAYBE I SHOULD DO IT AGAIN, DUNK AND ALL!

Kill the caps, no need to shout.

Sounds like a poorly done rebuild....stuck accelerator pump perhaps.
