Frozen 1927 Bucik Engine

HAVE THIS 27 BUICK WHICH I BELEIVE IT'S ENGINE IS FROZEN, I TRIED "CRANK'IN" IT BUT IT WONTMOVE. OIL LOOKS LIKE JELL-O AFTER REMOVING THE OIL PAN. I TRIED MARVEL MISTERY, TRANS FLUID THATS ABOUT IT FOR NOW. IS IT POSSIBLE THERE A LOCKING DEVICE SOMEWHERE ?

Doubt it. Probably frozen/seized. Check an old Buick service manual for any indication of something like that.

If the engine cannot be turned by hand with a 1/2" breaker bar, it's also another indication it is seized/locked up. Probably the pistons have stuck to the cylinder walls.

Jello as oil is a good sign it's wasted inside. Rebuild time.
