Seat belt buzzer

I have a 2001 Ford Supercrew, everytime i get in and buckle my seatbelt the buzzer continues to buzz for about 5 minutes. How can i disable this feature without going to a dealer and paying $100 to have it fixed.

Find the door buzzer and unplug it. However, on newer trucks, the GEM module controls a lot of these functions, so I'd just live with it.

If the buzzer is not supposed to stay on like that, have the dealer fix the problem free of charge under warranty.

Check Alldata, me thinks possibly a TSB on this problem, if so dealer will advise. A 2001, should be a freebie repair, goodwill or 50/50.
