What is the regulated fuel pressure as checked with a gauge?

A problem like this could be just about anything. Throwing parts at the problem will cost ya more than this thing would ever be worth .

Also, a crack in the rubber air intake boot could fool the computer into flooding the car as well.

I'll ask the question again:

What is the regulated fuel pressure? You must check things in sequence or you'll spend more money than a heap like this could ever be worth.

A cold start valve runs over $100 depending on the source, throwing parts at the problem is not likely to solve it.

The CSV is usually on the fuel rail. I suggest you buy a $25 Alldata.com subscription so you have the proper information to look into the problem.
