Don't Know Update

I think that I have narrowed my problem down. I performed a battery test and fuel test. Everything checked out normal accpect my starter. I rasied my car in the air inspecting underneath it and to my surprise I saw were my exhaust had burnt a whole through my starter ignition wire. When I cranked my truck i saw a spark come from the Solenoid. What size do I need to replace this wire with? Does GM sale this part?

You guys are the best!!!

Replace it with the same size wire as you have in there now. If you can solder it and put heat shrink around also. You might want to see if you can shield the wire so it doesn't happen again.

Depends on what wire for what vehicle we are talking about. Please use the reply button so posts are continuous & concise.

Any parts store should have the needed primary wire.
