Ac

I have a 2000 Chevy Monte Carlo. Water keeps leaking in on the passenger side. It's been collecting on the floor board only. Is this the AC condensation? How can I unclog the drain?

There is a little rubber elbow on the pass side under the car,you will have to look. Some times just giving it a squeeze will suffice. Some times it needs to be removed and the tube it attaches to cleaned carefully. If that is not plugged you need to check for water leaks.

I agree with Davo. Does it happen when it rains or when the A/C is on?

Thanks Davo and Joe Cool, I thought it was only when it rained hard. It happened to me once last summer and now it's doing it all the time. It seemed to fix itself after the first time. Now, it happens when I run the ac.

Then, as Davo stated, you have a clogged AC drain.
