When I'm at a stop, you could hear the motor accelerating and I really don't know what the problem could be, help

sounds like throttle body valve is sticking. It could happen when your throttle body tension spring gets rusted or weak over time.

Try spraying throttle body return spring with Wd40. (Usually dries up in a week)

If it fixes the problem temporary, you can either replace the throttle body or greese it with something better than Wd40.
