body side moulding removal

I would like to know how to remove the small body side moulding on my 1989 4 door ford tempo. It is located between the rear whell well and the back door since rust has starting to show behind it.Is it the glued on type or is it attached by fasteners. I would appreciate any suggestion. The moulding are about 3 inches wide with a chrome insert in the middle. thanks

It should be stuck on there with 2 sided tape. You can be brave and try to pry a corner off and see what you think, or call the ford dealer parts guy and ask him to look it up on the comp. It will show him a pic which will show you need tape or clips to attach it.
