Suzuki Sidekick running rough

My 1998 Suzuki Sidekick Sport 4x4 has started to run rough. I know about the gasket that controls the idle when coming to a stop. I've replaced it twice, it idles fine, albeit rough. The service engine soon check light is also on. I need advice.

go to your local parts house and see if they will get the codes for you, or get someone to get the codes for you. It will probably tell you what is going on. This is a DIY job but when you can get something done for free, why not.

Agree with 89. Have Autozone read the codes and post what you find.
