1988 cadillac seville wont start

caddilac wont start after the engine is gotten hot and is parked. can drive all over town, come home, go back to the car and then turn the key. everything lights up but no connection. changed the thermostat still doing it. is it in the steering column? problem getting worst. at one time i could sit in it and wait for it to cool off then it woud start now it takes hours of sitting before it will start. engine coolant getting up to 200 degrees. radiator repaired, new hoses, theromstat new.
