start won't restart

Help- 91 Honda Civic 1.5 (5 speed) starts right up can drive 2 or 200 miles shut it off/won't restart-wait 10-20 min will start right up- got diogostic -said ignition coil bad -replaced- drove about 5 days -having same problem HELP

These era Civics have bad ignition systems.

The coil, ignitor, cap and rotor have been revised many times over the years.

Make sure you have the latest and greatest HONDA OEM parts in there, and that will likely quell your problem.

For a while Honda was eating these repairs free of charge, but that was long ago.

Back to the shop and have them inspect the other components---I think you'll find the problem there.

One thing to check: When it happens to you again, pull of a spark plug wire, hold it to a metal ground, and crank it over and see if you have spark or not.

If you don't ignition related.
