car does not start on regular basis/call honda imports told them the problem and mechanic said they have had plenty of problems with this yr/make car. he actually described the problem better than i did. he said main relay was the problem and said it was under the dash (i think) but looked in automotive books but couldn't find location of relay-- they want 50.00 pr hour plus part--just trying to save 50.00 dollars. was hoping u could narrow down area to look --i do appeciate any help thanks

Under the left side of the dash/instrument panel, if I remember correctly, near your left shin. About the size of a tennis ball (only square-ish) if it's the one I'm thinking of.
