I have a 95 Pontiac Bonneville. I replaced the altenator and can't figure out how to put the belt back on. HELP!

Belt routing diagram "should be" on the panel between the grill and radiator. aka= a sticker. If not, any GM svc would, or for that matter any parts place should be able to show you or print you a diagram. One of those deals where 1 picture is worth a thousand words. Are you releasing the belt tensioner???? You shouldnt have had to remove anything but the part that goes around the alt. pulley.

Check autolibrary.org below, they should have a diagram.

If not, go to Gates Rubber website (www.gates.com) and look up a belt for the vehicle. I believe they have some of the diagrams there too.

ALWAYS make a sketch of things like that in the future!
