ELC problem

On my 97 Seville, the rear air shocks aren't inflating.Iwent to check the fuse and there wasn't any.Upon further inspection I noticed there was no wire for it coming out the back of the fuse block.Iremoved the block and saw that there was no evidence of this wire ever existing.Where is the power source for the ELC.I checked the manuel and thats where it should be.

Which manual are you using? Sounds like that one is wrong .

Alldata shows a 10A fuse and a 30 A MAXI circuit breaker. Both are located in the trunk compartment fuse box.

The 10A fuse is labeled "IGN-O-BODY".

Forgot to add that the 30A MAXI breaker is labeled "ELECTRONIC SUSPENSION CONTROL".
