slow windows

I have a 95 Accord with slow power windows. The motors are fine but there seems to be a lot of friction when putting the windows up. Is there a way i can greese the tract with sillicone?

Honda may have a lube that will help, but the problem is likely weak window motors.

Spray on silicone in the channels (front and back of the windows). It will lube it up. Its a maintence thing. Not doing it adds strain on the window regulator. Its a $80 part for the reg, but $300's of labor. Save yourself some headache and apply the silicon.
