Question toyota cv joints

to whom it may concern,
I would like to know if it hard or very diffuclt to change cv joints on a 1995 camry. I am mech.inclined Do I need special tools or any thing like that.

Impact Wrench, and correct size socket for the axle nut. Long Pry bar to pop the axle out of the transaxle. Other than that, basic hand tools will be sufficient.

Agree. Buy a remanufactured axle from the parts store. It will be ready to install and is a lot easier.

Did my wife's '95 Camry a while back. My recollection is that the biggest PITA was the mid support for the r/h axle. The big snap ring holding the bearing in is a bit of a dog. Procedure should be in autolibrary:
