Power windows, off track & ABS problems

My power window came off track & fell down inside the door how do I fix it? I am very limited on tools & have to fix it my self.I have never done anything like this before,PLEASE HELP. ALSO my ABS system is giving me a lot of trouble [they rumble real loud & my break petal bounces up & down . I was told that you can disconnect ABS & not have to worry about them.Is this true?If it is how do I do that?

Thank You,

It helps to know the type of vehicle we are dealing with.....

Based on your VERY vague description, it will be cheaper for you to seek professional service in all reality.

Lack of tools won't cut it here---both repairs require a good share of tools, and ABS is nothing to gamble with if you have no clue. It could cost you your life in an cciddent.

Have the vehicle professionally serviced, best bet.
