1995 dodge van 2500

When i go to start the van it will not do anything, likeit is not in park. i keep turning the key it will start. the battery is good and charged. It has 125000 miles transmission runs good.

Sounds like a poor connection.

Start by checking your battery cables. Make sure they are clean, tight and free of corrosion.

How do you know the battery is good? Unless it was load tested, it means nothing.

A possibility, does the vehicle start all the time in neutral? If so, look at the NSS or linkage for adjustment issues.

Again, check the battery connections. A new battery is worthless with piss poor connections.

Lots of possibilities, throwing parts at the problem isn't the answer.

i am feeling that it is thebattery when i jump it it starts right up, maybe a bad post i will have it checked

Bought a brand new battery at Napa this year and 1 cell was dead, have the battery tested. Auto zone will do it for free. Then go from there.
