'94 Saturn SC2 clunking noise

been a long time since I posted on this site.... Anyhow, have a 94 Saturn SC2 156K, 1.9L, 5-speed manual. Right front side makes a clunking sound (for lack of better description) when car in motion (foward or reverse) does not matter if in gear or not, if clutch in or not. As far as I know has been then since car was purchased new in 94.

Any ideas? I'm wondering if it may be strut and spring assembly.

Tough to say. Saturns of this vintage are rough in the NVH (noise, vibration, harshness) department.

Start with any bulletins in Alldata.com to try to narrow it down.
