getting bugs of of my car

Does anybody know of an easy way to get bugs of off the bumper of a 2000 grand am. I am tired of scrubbing it with dish detergent. What about tar removal?
Thanks,
Auntbinky

Turtle Wax makes a bug/tar removal product which works fairly well. The key, however, is not to allow the bugs, etc. to get "baked" on the car. Wash the car first and apply this stuff as instructed. You may need to apply more than once to get the stubborn ones out.
Good luck.

Go to Walmart, in the automotive section, Castrol makes this stuff called Superclean, it's in a purple jug. Spray that on full strength, let it set for a few minutes, and then hose it off. Then wash the car. Dont forget the front side of the sideview mirrors, and the windshield. This works awesome! bugs and road grime just disappear! It does take wax off though, so if u desire a wax finish, you'll need to apply some after you wash the car.
