I HAVE A 94 INTREPID AND THE BLOWER BLOWS ALL THE TIME UNLESS I TAKE THE FUSE OUT. THE HEAD ON IT WORKS SOMETIMES AND IT ONLY BLOWS HEAT

if it is all digital and with temperature control in degrees, it sounds like the control head(94 intrepid), take it out and verify proper power supply and ground, the module is also the face plate and switches, one part controls everything.

i copied and pasted this from the other thread

Yup, agree. Seems to be common in these from what I have seen.

THANKS

I WILL CHECK FOR POWER SO DOES THAT MEAN I WOULD BE BETTER OFF BUYING A NEW HEAD THEN I HAD IT APART BEFORE AND THERE ARE TWO BOARDS INSIDE CAN I JUST BY THE ONE BOARD THAT CONTROLS EVEYTHING OR DO NEED TO BUY THE WHOLE HEAD?

Kill the caps, no need to shout.

If the assembly is bad, you have to change it as a unit. Not serviceable.

Another option:

I BELIEVE there might be companies that remanufacture and test these. Check with any good auto parts store that handles remanufactured electronics and see if they can call their supplier and ask.

Joe is right on, there are places that will check and repair these for about 100 smazolias plus 12 mo warranty. If you cant get results from parts place, try dealer and if all else fails do a search for automotive electronic climate control head repairing.
