Transmission fluid replacement?

Is there a certain procedure on changing transmission fluid?
Or would going to a bodyshop save money and time?

from what i've seen from some body shops, i don't feel safe even driving in front of the place, hit or miss, scary or good work.

Most bodyshops fix crushed fenders and wasted hoods...... although some do mechanical repair.

Depends on the vehicle, your ability, access to tools and time if it's worth doing yourself.

me thinks u meant to say mechanical shop.
we use a machine that displaces the old fluid with the new, by tapping into the trans cooler line.
spend the 100 bucks and have it done.
But first make sure u need it. nowadays, u can wait till 30k or so miles, unless u tow..
