Replacing Blower motor of '92 Pontiac Grand Am

Hello =)

I am needing to replace the blower motor to my car but before I go start diggin in can someone tell me if this is something that is done from inside the car ie behind the dash or outside of the car?

Also if any one has any directions that would be great.

Thanks for you help in advance

Check autolibrary.org below for some R&R instructions if they have it.

i have a '95 grand am and in my gm factory manual it indicates cutting blower motor out through the back under the hood rather than inside under dash. it also states there is a diagram on the blower motor for such a task. look on yours and see if there is one. if so, i can give you the instructions for mine which probably doesn't differ much from yours. doug
