2002 Thunderbird Lean & Positive Emission Control Valve

My codes come out to lean mixture on each cylinder bank.
And the other is Positive Emission Control Valve Malfunction.

My questions are what would cause a lean mixture, I have replaced fuel filter, and tested fuel pressure, which was in range.

And where is the PECV located, are they expensive?
Best Regards.

i don't know about fords, but most vehicles have a basic warranty -- 3 years and between 36,000 and 50,000 miles that will cover this, are you this high in miles already? and you didn't buy an extended warranty?

sorry i can't help more, unfortunately i don't speak much 'ford'

STOP!

Close the hood. Dealer's problem, not yours. Bring it back for a free fix under warranty.
