90 honda accord

I have a fuel injected 1990 honda accord automatic transmission. here's the problem. when its below 50 , the car starts and idles rough. I have to keep the accelerator pressed to keep it running. If it remains running and i turn the wheel the car will die. The exhaust smoke is very white. As soon as the car has run for more than three minutes the problem goes away until I try to restart it a couple hours later.

no I have not, but it idles and runs fine after a couple of minutes. I did notice something. If the tank is at least half full, I do not have this problem at all. Could it be the fuel pressure regulator or moisture getting into the system

Cat:

Keihin injectors as used in this Honda are VERY reliable. The problem is not likely here.

Original poster: Again, you must start with the basics as I have them outlined. Answer some of those questions and let's go from there.
