Inflating tires in cold weather

1996 Toyota Rav4, auto, 4-dr, 4cyl. Bridgestone tires.

Looking for some advice.

What's the general rule of thumb with inflating your tires in cold weather? Should you under-inflate, over-inflate, or just go with what's written on the tire? (typically 35 psi)

Follow what the door jamb sticker or owner's manual states is the cold inflation pressure. That is the best.
