I think there is sugar in my gasoline? How do I know for sure. If So what do I have to do to fix it?

Big problem. Take it to a garage and verify it. Have a police report made and turn damages in to ins company. This could be a little costly. Not a lot you can do yourself. Make and year of car would be a great help.

sugar will never ever dissolve in gasoline, so if it's in the gas tank, it's still there.

like davo said, read "the basics"
