timing Marks

1995 Chrysler Cirrus,6cyl,2.5liter
I am trying to line up the marks individually because ,as i said before when I tried to line them up with the belt on they weren't lined up.
The left cam(if your facing this sideways engine from the front of it,which is the drivers side) is the one left to line up but I am feeling tension there and when I start too move it and I let go it springs back!!!

HElp !!!!!!!

Need help in lining up marks!!!

Thanks!!!

you need to keep turning it to overcome the spring tension, then hold the belt on with a big black paper clip, the kind that can hold like 30-40 papers.

the tension should sorta level out as it nears the mark, just don't push hard if it hits something solid.
