Squealing noise from rear wheel

I have a 1998 GMC K-2500 pick-up. 105,000 miles. Occasionally I get a squealing noise from my right rear wheel. It only happens in REVERSE and generally without the brakes on. I use the truck for plowing and it gets bad with all the backing up and braking. It can probably be heard from 100 yds. It might happen for 3-4 drives and then not for 3-4. I had the rear brakes replaced about 4000 miles ago. Any help is appreciated.

I'd say do us all a favor and check your brakes and or get it inspected.

It may be worthwhile to let the shop that installed them take a look. That way you may have some recourse if something wasn't installed properly.
