can anybody tell me how to take the drivers side door apart
without busting any of the clips. I need to fix or most likely
have to replace the outside door handle.

Best way is with the special tool that's made for the job. Check with your local discount parts store, should be able to get one for $10 or so. Looks like a pair of pliers but has flat nose that slips under panel to pop the panel loose.

And then you are still likely to bust some of the clips. Be prepared to buy a couple. They cant be too expensive. Some folks are proud of em, but im sure Hyundai isnt too bad.

You are obviously missing a screw or clip. Look under anything that looks like it snaps out.
