Oxidation Removal-How to?

I have a set of 4 Ford Mustang chrome rim caps that have considerable oxidation. How can I clean this up to make them look
new or at least in good shape?15

head out to the local parts store, 3M makes some good products for removing oxidation. Probably 8-10 bucks. You might try polishing compound(not rubbing compound) in a small area.
