1996 ranger clutch

Im in the frozen land and this morning I went to move the truck and no clutch action could not put in to gear is it possible that the clutch and related componants could have frozen? Its a 5 spd
4.0 liter ranger......thanks, if not what could have happened there is no sign of fluid underneath.

Where you able to depress the clutch pedal? If so, then not likely frozen. However, Dot 3 brake fluid is hygroscopic and absorbs water quickly and easily so if it hasnt been flushed in awhile (or ever) then it would be wise to do so soon.
