CV Boot Installation

How tightly must the CV boot be clamped? The dealership installed two new boots - 3 of the four clamps are very tight ( you can't move the clamped end). However, one clamp is quite loose. You can easily rotate the clamped end and pinch it creating a rather large gap. I thought the clamps must be very tight to prevent water & dirt getting inside and grease leaking outside?

Your right, it should be a little tighter.
