please help my vans diaphram went out in the trany how do i repair and where can i get diagram to repair.

the diapham for the transmission. it keeps the trans in gear.

I think what Desi is saying is what exactly is you problem. Like it dosen't move in gear, jumps in and out of gear, doesn't shift etc.

The only diaphram would be the vacuum modulator and it's purpose is control line pressure which has an effect on shift feel and timing. The other thing they do is leak trans fluid into the vacuum port of the engine ( lots of blue smoke out the exhaust).
