brake and steering vibration
I have a 2000 Mitsu. Mirage- when I apply the brakes, I get a serious vibration in the wheel. Can't feel it really in the pedal. Another vibration I feel is when I let off the gas (going down the road), the steering wheel vibrates. What could both of these vibrations be? Rotors? alignment?

You need to have that front end looked over thoroghly. The vibration when braking is likely a rotor problem but it sounds like it has other problems too. Check the axles/CV joints, tie rod ends, motor mounts closely.
