Power Window Failure
My 86 Volvo blows the fuse for the power windows when I try open or close any of my four windows. The fuse remains intact when I don't use the windows.
What is the problem, or how can I locate it?

You have a short to ground,first place to look is from the drivers door to the door post where the wires go through a rubber boot.Other than that a wiring diagram would help let you know the wire colors to be looking for.Something could be wrong with the switch but unlikely.Does the fuse blow when using any switch on all doors?

Don't know if this applies to yours but, I have seen where a small screw will fall out in the switch and short out. Remove the switch and shake it. See if you hear anything.
