rust repair Honda civic

Hi
I have rust on both rear wheel wells of my honda civic (94). The one on the passenger side is pretty decent and not too deep. The one on the driver side is pretty bad, my bumper cover seems to have come loose since the rusted metal gave way.
Is there a way to diy it? Since I dont have the money to spend on a pro, and the paint is really peeling off faster and faster everyday
!!!
I considered using stuff like POR-15 or something... just dontknow exactly how to go about it.

thanks

Hi Welcome to the Forums

Unfortunately their is no easy solution, anything short of cutting out the damaged metal and welding is a bandaid fix that will last less than 6 months.

Rust repair

Thanks Larry,
I do know that there is no permaent solution other than welding. However I cant afford a welding job on my car now, and still, it pains me to see it rust like that. I was wondering if there was some way to slow it down, put on some paint and do a REAL repair after 6 months or so when I can afford it.
