HELP! Front end noises...

I own a 2000 Acura 1.6 EL (Canada-specific model) which is basically a Honda Civic SI with body/interior upgrades and minor differences in suspension and transmission.

When I accelerate from a stop, or brake to a stop, there is a creaking noise that comes from my front end...sounds like the passenger side, but might be from the center as well. The creaking only happens at very low speeds...so just as I get on the gas, or right before I come to a complete stop.

Anyone know what might be causing the noise? I'm already trying to make an appointment with my mechanic...

Try spraying some WD40 or the like at both the bottom seat area and the top seat area of the cpoil spring. Sometime the springs move in the seat when the suspension goes up or down.
