1997 expedition steering squeek

I have a 1997 Ford expedition and have started having a squeek when I turn the wheel. It seems to be on the drivers side front wheel area, any idea what it could be? I have tried to oil the joints that have rubber bushing but still have it.

I would inspect the ball joints for the noise I've seen it before and they can't be greased they would need replaced to cure the noise. On that vehicle I think that they are part of the control arm.
