I have a 93 Toyota Camry and need to replace some of the globes behind the dash board, does anyone know where I can find instructions on how the lever the dash off

There is 2 screws in the upper part of the bezel. Then the rest is clipped in, use some kind of hook tool to grab the bezel to unsnap it. Then there are 4 screws holding in the instrument cluster. Tilt the wheel down to help the cluster out, disconnect the plugs (4) if I rememenber and your out.
