Chevy S-10 oil leak

I have two trucks, one is an 2000 Chevy S-10 pick-up, 78,000 miles, and the other is a Chevy s-10 Blazer, 115,000 miles. Both have 4.3 engines and have the remote oil filter. Both are leaking oil from the oil lines that go to the filter. Is there anything that I can add to the oil to stop the leaks, or how difficult is it to replace the lines? I am well experienced with vehicles and know my way around them pretty well. If the only fix is to replace the lines, is there any tricks to doing it? The leadage is where the rubber is crimped by the aluminum. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Nope, replacing the leaking hose is the only way to stop the leak. There's no such thing as a "Mechanic in a Can".
