Electrical Problem

I have been having electrical problems with my 97 S-10. Headlights get dim while driving and my battery light flickers on and off steadly. I got a new battery not to long ago so I'm thinking it's my alternater, but not sure.

Like anything else, you get what you pay for.

In the grand scheme of things a factory AC-Delco alternator is your best bet.

Just FYI Autozone sells A/C delco alts and starters if you ask for one and not the el cheapo house brand. So it wouldn't hurt to send a little business their way for all the free stuff they do for diyers.
