I am trying to replace the rear brake pads on my 1997 Mark VIII. I got the calipers off but cannot get them compressed with a c clamp as I had done in the past on other disk brake jobs. Does any one have a proceedure that will help me. HELP!!!!!!!!

You need a tool to turn the piston back in the bore on some cars. You must have one.

I Cant Remember Exactly About This Model But Some Of The Them Requires Turning Them In...are You The Caliper Is Not Stuck?if It Is The Type To Turn In You Can Either Go Buy The Special Tool Or Use Channel Locks To Turn It

Those pistons are screw in, clockwise. AZ will probably rent you the tool.
