Hub bearing replace for 98 Windstar

I have a 98 windstar that is making noise from the front right wheel. When I had it checked they told me that I needed to replace the bearing so I went out and bought one.

It is a fairly large bearing and was told it is a hub bearing. I am used to the typical small bearing and race that can be replaced on the inner side of the wheel.

Is this the same thing? Do I just pull the wheel and rotor and is there bearing visible there? Does it have to be pressed in and out?

Any help appreciated
Thanks

Not even close

Those wheel bearings are night and day from what your used to. Yes, they have to be pressed and it's a major job. You might be able to save some money by removing the entire knuckle and bringing it to the machine shop for pressing.
